Links From All Over

A rainy (thank G-d!) Sunday, and I am home today with a bit of housework and baking to do. And, of course, catching up on my blogs.

Here are some links from the interesting things I read:

Neo-neocon has her finger on the pulse of what is happening in American politics – and she describes the class warfare heating up between the haves (who have worked hard to get there) and have nots (who blame the haves for all of their troubles). This makes me very uneasy.

Jack has an excellent post about Israel on the college campus, and it truly is frightening to read about what is happening there.

Yourish posts about Obama and the Saudi lobby. The most disturbing part of the post is the fact that one of the goals of the lobby is to train high school teachers “how to teach about Islam”. 18,000 teachers so far.

A nice piece of good news on the local front – a new medical school will be built in Tzfat. This will help develop the cities and villages in the Galilee by providing  jobs.

Thanks for telling us about the medical school in Tzfat. That is good news! My friend’s daughter, who lives way up north, wants to go to medical school. I wonder if it will be ready in time for her? In any case, it may mean that my friend may have her daughter settle close by. And it will be good in general for the economy in the north.

Obama–“Change” you can believe in… of course that change is the Islamification of America.

    But hey, it’s change, right?
